It isn't easy launching a new product. There are many moving parts. Not just actually moving parts like the actuators, but to the business as well. Getting them all in place takes a team effort. One thing we are very interested in is delivering a quality product.
We are working hard to make sure that every customer gets a reliable toilet lift at a great price. We are testing, testing, testing our lift to make sure it is perfect. Now that the design phase of our product is done and the tooling has been created, we have to make sure every lift we ship will be the highest quality.
Our testing is incredibly rigorous, While you will probably only use the lift 5 times a day, we test them hundreds of times per day over a large number of days. Our goal is 10,000 lifts without any issues, that is over 5 years of uninterrupted assistance. So far, we are doing great. Our prototypes lasted that long and now we are testing our production lifts the same way. It is looking like we will launch in the late spring of 2021.
