White Glove Delivery and Installation Service
Would you like your Dignity Lift delivered and installed? We call this "White Glove Delivery" and we are happy to offer it 47 states (HI, AK, ND aren't eligible).
How it works: The team here at Dignity Lifts will contact a local technician in your area. These are people who are registered to install and fix wheelchairs, lifts, ramp systems, and other durable medical equipment. We will ship your lift to them. They will make an appointment with you to bring the lift to your home where they will assemble and completely install it in your bathroom.
When the White Glove Delivery Service is done, your Dignity Lift will be fully functional and you will be able to use it for a long time.
The process usually takes 1-2 weeks from the time you order the lift. Most of the wait is required to coordinate schedules. It is worth it though because you receive a first-class professional installation.
Customers choose White Glove Delivery and Installation when they are unable to bend and move effectively enough to install their own lift. They may also choose the service if they are not comfortable installing items into their bathroom. White Glove is a great choice, especially if you have mobility issues and your family may not be available. White Glove delivery and installation allows you the independence you want.
Some Rules:
- White Glove delivery is available to 47 US States (Hawaii, Alaska, and North Dakota cannot be serviced).
- Almost every address in those 47 States can be serviced, but we may not be able to find a technician to service extremely rural areas. If we cannot find a registered installation technician, we will immediately refund your charges.
- Your bathroom and toilet must be clean and sanitary before installation. Our technicians are professionals and you must treat them as such. They will not work in a soiled environment. An unclean toilet and bathroom will result in additional delays and possible extra charges.
