Cool Things from the Occupational Therapist's Convention

Cool Things from The OT Convention
We attend a lot of conventions to get the word out about Dignity Lifts. And we meet a lot of interesting people and see a bunch of cool things. I know that not everyone can make it out to these shows, so I try to share.

This time, we were showing our toilet lifts at the AOTA - American Occupational Therapists Association. We spoke to hundreds of OTs.

We learn a lot by talking with them and they learn how to help people who have trouble standing up from the toilet. It's a great experience.

Here are some cool people and great things I saw on my lunch break.

This is Lindsay from EquipMeOT.
I liked the bendable scrubbers. They help people bathe independently.
No rubber duckies, though.

Say hello to Janice!

She invented EZ Draws to help people pull up their pants, by themselves!

Janice is the most passionate person I've met when it comes up pulling up your pants.

Sliding in next is Bradley from Buckingham Healthcare.

They make the glideboard. It's a simple design, and we like that!

And me, Jim, the new boss at Dignity Lifts, with our very popular, cooler than me, Bidet Lift.

Thanks for reading my newsletter,
If you know anyone that needs a lift...

Jim Vassallo
President, Dignity Lifts
